It's been a while since I released any new designs under Retreat. Gone are the days of releasing seasonal designs and attempting to push the brand.

To be honest there are several factors as to why I haven't done much. I don't have the time to dedicate and commit on the brand as I did in the past, I can't really afford it and thirdly, I can't really be bothered. The idea of dedicating all my free time to a bunch of tee designs doesn't totally excite me. Clothing doesn't really excite me these days. Who gives a shit at the end of the day.

I look at all these blogs and sites, kids trying too hard to look cool, but who really cares if you've got the latest tee by the hundreds, or the latest Nike collab trainers? It must be an age thing. I would much rather go for a walk in the country with my family, wearing my brandless clothing, take some pictures and have a quiet pint with my wife.

That's not to say I wont get recharged and start to focus on the brand in the future, but for now, I'm happy to just release a few designs here and there.
In the meantime I have done a couple of design for The Candy Bitches. Not sure what the fascination with Travis Barker is, but the print came out wicked.
