However, shipping durations depends on the carrier and we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. In the event of an exchange, the buyer will bear all shipping costs back to the United Kingdom and it is shipped at the buyer’s own risk.

In an event of an exchange, please make sure that any products that are to be sent back are unworn, returned in the plastic resealable bag and a proof of purchase is required. Please check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags or labels. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damaged items during transit. RETREATSTORE.COM will accept exchanges within 10 days for International customers. Please indicate your reason for the exchange. Size exchanges are subjected to stock availability. It will be advisable that you clarify any doubts about sizing before ordering.
